Onsite Claude Code Service Agreement (Sample)

This sample agreement is provided for planning and sales workflow design only and should be reviewed by licensed legal counsel before production use.
1. Parties and purpose
This Service Agreement is entered into by Crave IT Arts LLC DBA CITA (Provider) and the client listed in the booking record (Client). The purpose is to deliver onsite Claude Code deployment, machine hardening, and training services as selected in Client's package.
2. Scope of services
- Onsite deployment of Claude Code in a protected business-ready environment.
- Baseline host machine hardening and post-install validation checklist.
- Training session for designated users and administrators.
- Delivery handoff packet including support and escalation instructions.
3. Fees, deposit, and payment terms
- A reservation deposit is required to hold service dates.
- Deposit amount is defined in the booking checkout summary.
- Remaining balance is due at completion unless otherwise stated in writing.
- Hourly add-on services are billed at current published rates.
4. Travel and lodging
- South Florida engagements may be serviced by car travel.
- Outside South Florida engagements may require commercial flights.
- Lodging charges apply when overnight stay is reasonably required due to schedule constraints, canceled flights, or unavailable same-day return travel.
5. Client responsibilities
- Provide accurate machine specifications and network constraints during intake.
- Provide administrative access required for installation.
- Maintain valid licenses and lawful rights to all software and data used.
- Provide safe, lawful, and timely onsite access to required equipment.
6. Security and acceptable use
Provider configures a security-first baseline but does not warrant absolute immunity from all cyber threats. Client remains responsible for ongoing endpoint management, patching, and internal security policy enforcement.
7. Support certificate and remote access
Upon successful completion, Provider may issue a one-year support certificate tied to identified machine(s). The certificate authorizes remote support activities as agreed by both parties and expires 12 months after issue unless renewed.
8. Reschedule, cancellation, and refunds
- Requests to reschedule should be submitted in writing before service date.
- Late cancellation may result in forfeiture of some or all deposit.
- Travel costs already incurred are non-refundable unless required by law.
9. Liability limitations
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Provider's aggregate liability under this Agreement will not exceed amounts paid by Client for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
10. Governing law and venue
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, excluding conflict-of-law principles. Venue for disputes will be in Florida courts of competent jurisdiction unless otherwise mutually agreed.
11. Electronic signature
By signing electronically and submitting the required deposit, Client confirms acceptance of these terms and authorizes reservation of the selected service window.
